About Mont Blanc Lodge
We are totally independent, no big tour-op calling the shots here. If you want the best possible chalet holiday you have to book with an independent.

We own the lodge, do all our own marketing, prepare all meals - no reps here. We run the lodge because we love it.

In the summer of 2001, after 2 years of hunting for the right property, we found this incredible chalet right in the centre of Chamonix town. We couldn't believe our luck so we bought it straight away.

After minor renovations and getting to know the area more we opened our doors to the first guests in November 2001. During each off season we have constantly been making improvements to the chalet to make sure MBL best possible place to stay in Chamonix.

During the summer and autumn of 2004 we decided to totally change the layout of the bedrooms on the first floor. We now have 4 twin / double bedrooms all with private en-suite bathrooms. High quality finishing's in the bathrooms, private toilets, power showers, non-misting mirrors - towel radiators, nothing has been overlooked. Don't forget the Sauna on the ground floor, also with a large power shower and gym, great for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

While we were at it we also networked the whole chalet so everyone can share our high speed internet line day or night. Network points and Wi-Fi throughout ensure that anyone who brings a laptop can get on-line. Now everyone can email their days snaps to mates while on holiday.

The Lodge is situated right in the centre of Chamonix in the quiet park behind the Chamonix Casino. We are less than 200m from the railway station, 5 minutes walk from the Aiguille Du Midi and Brevent Cable Cars, and about 3 minutes walk from the Planards Ski area. there is no other Chalet so centrally located in Chamonix!

We wanted to create a relaxed and friendly holiday experience, a home from home. After the response from the previous two seasons worth of guests, we are sure we have got it right!

In the summer of 2002 we bought our first apartment and started the now popular MBL seasonaire program. Now with 5 apartments and 2 chalet to choose from we are sure to have something for anyone looking for a place to live for a winter or even a summer season here in Chamonix. From Budget to all out Luxury MBL is the place!

First and foremost, we are skiers and boarders who love the mountains and want to share the experience.
