Brevent / Flegere - Chamonix Valley |
| Brevent and Flegere were linked in the mid 90s to create the massive linked area that it now is.
Brevent has plenty of nice cruising pistes and masses of off piste, mostly served by the Brevent cable car. Flegere is a free-riders / free-stylers paradise! From the top of the Index lift (Darth Vader) there are numerous routes back to the mid station, or take the new Floria Drag lift even higher which has opened up a massive bowl. Both areas are south facing so tend to close a few weeks before the Grands Montets, but on a sunny day after a fresh snow fall the views of the massif du Mont Blanc and the end of the Mer Du Glace are unbelievable
