The catered chalet holiday was created by professionals who were as passionate about great food and wine as they were about skiing. They knew the perfect chalet food and wine combination would bring skiers the best ski holiday.
We followed their lead and serve our guests plentiful quality free flowing wine to accompany great home from home cooking.

THE PERFECT CHALET BREAKFAST
Every day starts with the perfect chalet breakfast, extensive and hearty with a buffet style choice of traditional continental breakfast items plus alternating hot options.Chalet Review;
I knew we were onto a winner when we got scrambled egg, bacon and sausage for our first breakfast

AFTERNOON TEA
Return to the chalet in warm comfort to be greeted by a piece of our legendary freshly baked cake or tasty alternatives such as brownies, flapjacks, scones, etc. with fresh coffee, a selection of teas and hot mulled wine on certain days.

couldn't wait to get back for afternoon tea with a different homemade cake everyday.
On arrival back to the chalet there was always a lovely cake and tea waiting
PRE-DINNER DRINKS
Join us around the fire and let us tempt you with La Vie en Rose, a flute of Bombay Bellini, or maybe a Velvet Swing.
DINNER
A stylish candlelit 3 course dinner is served 6 nights per week with an unlimited flow of bottled wine until coffee is served in front of the fire.

Later that day I sip a superb smooth red….
This is of course just before we are called into the dining room where Chris and Lorraine put on a perfect evening meal of salmon and dauphinoise potatoes followed by a perfect fruit crumble and custard!..!
Lorraine's cooking was amazing …the perfect chalet experience - they really made the chalet a home from home experience for us - fab food, limitless wine,
Lorraine was a wonderful cook, cordon bleu and the food was amazing and the wine etc never stopped flowing!
12 of us on the trip had a week of fantastic food (prepared by brilliant chef Lorraine) and wine and were waited on hand and foot.
Lorraine's food is to die for, and the three course dinners at night were gorgeous.
